Part-Time Web Designer - Requirements:

• Strong Photoshop Skills
• Ability to produce timeline based Flash animation - Actionscript 2 & 3 based Flash programming a plus!
• Strong working knowledge of Dreamweaver
• Understanding of CSS
• Search engine optimization background a plus
• Any degree of PHP programming a plus
